Squash & Zucchini

  • 1. After spiral cutting the squash or zucchini, spread the strands out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer in the freezer and let the squash or zucchini strands freeze for 1-2 hours. 2. Once frozen, transfer the strands to a freezer-safe container or bag, removing as much air as possible before sealing. 3. Label the container with the date and contents. 4. When ready to use, there is no need to thaw the frozen squash or zucchini before cooking.
